El Salvador Finca Redonda Honey
Each spring, producers from the mountainous region of Chalatenango descend into their local markets to talk coffee sales and logistics. This past spring, two of our team members, Bell Cisneros and Kristin Leonard, traveled to these same markets to participate in the first ever Chalatenango Best Cup Coffee Auction. The auction was a success, and Bell and Kristin brought home four coffees for us to share with our guests.
Finca Redonda is a wonderful expression of what coffee from El Salvador can be. Sweet, juicy, balanced – it has a depth of flavor that’s incredibly enjoyable, while being one of those coffee you just pour into your favorite coffee mug and sit down with every morning.
