Guatemala La Inteligencia
Traveling in the Guatemalan region of Huehuetenango, or Huehue for short, is not easy. The mountainous hillsides and deep valleys make travel slow and winding, but the coffees that grows on these hillsides are renowned for their brightness and depth of flavor.
This micro-lot is a mix of Bourbon and Catuai varieties and grown on the Vásquez family farm near 1,800 masl. It's bright, fun, and tropical and is a great example of the complexity present in truly exceptional Huehue coffees.
Grab a bag if you're looking for a fun Latin American coffee! It's a lighter roast than The Answer, offering a brighter acidity and more flavor complexity!
