Eduardo Esteve works tirelessly to produce wonderful coffees, and this offering is no different. This coffee is a perfect example of how people and relationships create something special in the coffee industry—this coffee may have never made it to our attention if it weren’t for our relationships with Nicely Alameda from Menotti’s Coffee in LA. Nicely’s desire to source and showcase coffees from Mexico has led to us growing our relationships in this region, and still have Eduardo’s coffees on our menu today!

This coffee is great for someone graduating from the Answer to a slightly lighter roast—it still has body, but a brighter acidity and more pronounced sweetness reminiscent of candied lime. This sweetness is balanced by notes of amaretto and cacao nibs…perfect to sip as the sun goes down on a summer evening.
