When will my order ship?
We currently ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. Subscriptions are generally processed on Mondays and shipped on Tuesdays. Merch may go out on either/or. We have a very small one-person production department so we appreciate your patience.
Can I submit a question for the podcast?
Absolutely! Shoot us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what's on your mind. We read everything and we'll throw your question in the queue. Even if you don't hear back from us you can rest assured we got your back.
Can I order single origin coffees from your website?
We sell single origin coffees online in subscription form only. We switch coffees up every couple of weeks and send them to you bi-weekly or monthly.
Can I intern at Cat & Cloud?
We receive an incredible amount of email asking about internships here at Cat & Cloud. While it's very flattering and humbling, all of our energy we have goes straight into developing our employees. To deliver on our promises to our employees we can't in good conscience accept any outside internship.
Do you have a wholesale program?
We do! We're currently focusing on taking on exclusive (non multi-roaster) accounts. While we love the multi-roaster account scene, to offer the level of service we want, and to be able to invest in truly building a relationship - we are currently only selling to exclusive partners. What are your store hours?
We are open daily from 6am - 6pm. Except Christmas Day, we're definitely closed on Christmas Day.
