This natural processed coffee comes to us from fourth-generation coffee producer, Diego Abarca. After he was gifted a lot from his family’s farm, Diego transformed that land into a successful business; the Alto San Juan micro-mill. This micro-mill is where he has invested himself in experimenting with and improving his coffee processing methods. Diego is a successful coffee producer in himself, and as yields have grown year over year, he has had the chance to experiment and refine his quality control practices.
The Diego Abarca is bursting with flavor from the first sip. Coming in hot with the bright sweetness of Grape Jolly Rancher, before mellowing into the creamy tang of Mango Lassi. This coffee takes you on a full sensory experience; from the punchy bright flavors, the bold syrupy sweetness, to the gentle Bergamot finish, the Diego Abarca will be the most exciting coffee you drink all year.
