This washed coffee comes to us from the Idido Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, via our partnership with Unravel Merchants. Unravel works directly with small holding producers and the washing stations where the coffee is processed to share their expertise and ensure the coffee reaches its best potential. The Idido washed is a great example of this in action. Sweet and bright, the Idido delivers the nuanced complexity we loved about washed Ethiopian coffees. 

Juicy, clean, and bright, the Idido hits you with juicy watermelon up front, before rolling into a tropical acidity and balanced earl gray that reminds us of Fruit Loops cereal. This coffee is best suited for those who are familiar with lighter coffees and are looking for a little adventure.
