Arturo Paz, cousin to Honduras coffee legend Benjamin Paz is connected to coffee at all levels. From operating his own coffee farm to managing the San Vicente processing mill and roasting operation El Dorado, Arturo serves the Santa Barbara coffee community with complete dedication. The Santa Barbara region of Honduras is a mountainous landscape in northwestern Honduras and is well known for producing coffees with diverse flavor profiles.
Arturo’s coffee has all the best qualities of the Honduran Pacas variety, offering juicy stone fruit, a punchy acidity, and a balanced sweetness. Up front, it hits you with peach jam and the brightness of white grape. As it cools the sweet earthiness of cinnamon sugar emerges. This is an excellent option for anyone who appreciates a bright, vibrant, single-origin coffee!
