This washed coffee from Sumatran producer Dimas Victor is not your typical offering from Indonesia. Although the standard processing method in Indonesia is wet hulling, Victor has used a traditional washed process for this coffee creating an exceptionally clean and juicy flavor profile. Cafe imports chose to separate his lot out so that it could be sold as a true single-origin microlot, making an incredibly unique coffee that should not be slept on!
