Bright florality, tropical fruit, and syrupy sweetness all come together to make the Ethiopia Mulish an incredible coffee experience. Opening the door with beautiful fragrant jasmine, before dropping into vibrant juicy mango, the Mulish finishes with a  delicate lavender syrup. This coffee is a perfect choice for anyone familiar with lighter coffees looking for an exciting new cup to try.

This coffee comes to us from the Guji region of Ethiopia, through the Mulish washing station. In 2014, Feysel, founder of Testi Coffee began looking to start a washing station, and although there were few coffee farmers residing in the area, he believed it held promise. Prior to it’s opening, this part of the Guji zone had limited facilities and resources producers had to make long arduous trips to deliver their coffee to washing stations, there wasn’t even a school in the area, however since its founding, Mulish has helped establish one. We always love to have a washed coffee from Ethiopia on our menu, but even more we love to share a coffee with our guests that is invested in making a difference for its community.
