One Coffee, Two Ways.

Exploring the role of the processing method and what it imparts on the coffee.

One gets washed, where the pulp of the coffee cherry is removed, and the other is left intact allowing for the sugars and sun to bake in all the flavor and fun.

These coffees come to us from the Idido Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia through our partnership with Unravel Merchants. Unravel Merchants works directly with small holding producers and the washing stations where their coffee is processed to share their ample cultivation experience.
