This coffee comes to us from our friend, Carmen Canchala, a third-generation coffee and sugar cane grower from the Andean municipality of Ancuya. Carmen and her family go to great lengths to ensure that their coffee is grown and milled in the best possible environment. We absolutely love this commitment to the quality of her crop, and the sharing of knowledge so that everyone has the ability to pursue better.
