This new Costa Rican offering comes to us from the Cerro San Luis Micromill, a family-owned business that separates their lots based on their differentiated characteristics. The Magali Delgado is a Yellow Honey processed coffee, meaning that the little bit of mucilage left on the seeds prior to drying results in a bright, sweet, buttery finish like that of actual honey. This will be an excellent coffee for anyone looking to experiment with honey-processed coffees.
