Ethiopia Mulish— Peach, Honey, Arnold Palmer

We always strive to keep a washed Ethiopian on the menu because of the delicious floral flavor profile, but what makes this coffee special is the community behind it. This coffee comes to us from the Mulish washing station, located in Guji, Ethiopia. Home to the Oromo people, Mulish has developed the region into a strong local coffee community, each farm averaging around four hectares.

Experience: On the first sip, the Mulish has flavors of tart stone fruits like peach that add a vibrancy present at every temperature. As it cools, the coffee gets sweeter and more refreshing, reminding us of a honey-sweetened Arnold Palmer. If you like coffees that are vibrant, sweet, and delicate, this is a fun choice to spend some time with.

Brew Recipe

To get the best out of this coffee we always recommend this recipe as a stating point

  • Brew with a 1:16 ratio (one gram of coffee to every 16 grams of water).
  • Get your Water as HOT as you can.
  • Adjust your grind for a 3-4 minute brew time. (The finer the grind, the longer it will take to brew)
