Every sip of this coffee smooths into the clean floral finish of Oolong Tea, making it impossible not to come back for more.
This coffee comes to us from Shanta Golba, a washing station in the Bensa region of Sidama, Ethiopia. Over 1200 small-holding producers deliver their coffee here during the middle and end of the harvest season to align with Shanta Golba’s strict ripeness specifications. Coffee in this area is often grown alongside other crops like bananas, enset, and oranges, which provide ample shade for the coffee cherries to develop slowly, preserving their sweetness.
