This season’s harvest from Rosalío is the perfect balance of bright citrus, creamy chocolate, and rich nuttiness. Fresh-squeezed Orange Juice hits the palate first, evolving into silky white chocolate and peanut butter. This coffee has a velvety mouthfeel with a medium body, the perfect gateway single origin to lighter and brighter coffees.

For the sixth year in a row, we are excited to offer coffee from Rosalío Martínez, a member of the Hunapú producer group in Antigua. In this area, many of the smallholding producers bring their fresh crop to the renowned Bella Vista coffee mill for processing and export. Rosalío is one of Hunapú’s more prolific producers, having worked in coffee for 25 years, with 9 different plots of coffee over 7 hectares. He also has deep ties with Bella Vista’s owner (and legend in his own right) Luis Pedro Zelaya Zamora, whom we have a strong direct relationship with, and who initially facilitated us working with Rosalío.
