We first started working with Rosalío Martinez four years ago when we met him through Luis Pedro. When we met him for the first time he had been in the process of refreshing a part of his farm and with the help of Luis supplying Java seeds and our commitment to purchasing all of what he produced, he set out to grow a new and unique varietal. Now, four years later, we’re excited to be able to share the first full harvest with you all!
