Angel Antonio’s coffee is a washed Parainema from Honduras. Their farm is located in the Las Quebradas section of the beautiful Santa Barbara Mountain, where their coffee is processed at the famous San Vicente Mill. Angel uses fully organic practices to grow his coffee, but has not gone through the certification process due to its high cost. The hard work and attention to detail he puts into his coffee are 100% reflected in the quality of the results.
The Angel Antonio is packed with a symphony of ripe fruit, bright flavors, and delicate sweetness. Bursting in the first sip like a refreshing limeade before settling into the complex tang of Nectarine. The finish mellows to a sweet balance of chocolate and butter, creating the fresh-baked decadence of a brownie. This coffee is a perfect cup for anyone who loves lighter, juicier coffees.

To get the best out of this coffee we always recommend this recipe as a stating point
- Brew with a 1:16 ratio (one gram of coffee to every 16 grams of water).
